What happens if the fax fails?
Temporary failures may be retried automatically up to four times. Invalid numbers or document problems may require correction. We automatically email the final result, including when a fax cannot be delivered. If your fax fails, a person on our support team also reviews your case and follows up by email within 24 hours. A failed transmission leaves your fax credit in your account; it does not automatically refund the purchase.
